If you find an error, please let us know, but be sure to:
- Let us know the URL of the page that contains the problem. We
have over 1,000 pages of content, so the more specific you are,
the better.
- Provide the text that you'd like to appear. Include any URLs that
lead to the current information. We can't directly trust email
requests, so we need supporting information and phone numbers to
verify changes.
- Be persistent. We have to skip updates that are too vague, and we
get lots of requests. We focus our attention on the ones that
generate the most requests.
- Use email to support@ny.com.
Also, we receive a lot of spam, so we filter email aggressively which
means we'll miss your request if it's unclear (e.g. missing a
"Subject").
